Will exhibitors be able to interact with attendees in the platform?
Yes! Our attendees will be featured in an interactive list inside the virtual platform. You can search by company, title, and name and schedule direct meetings with those you wish to speak with.
What reporting is available?
Exhibitors will receive access to their own Exhibitor Portal where they can track attendees who came to their booth and send follow up messaging.

The Exhibitor Portal will show overall traffic for the whole event and what documents were viewed.
How does the live video booth work?
Our virtual booths allow you to open up several new ways to communicate with attendees and capture valuable lead information and collect it in your private exhibitor portals. The live video booth is a powerful feature that transforms an exhibitor's virtual booth from a static experience to one which allows you to host a live meeting at your booth. Up to 25 people can join a live video booth at any given time, and it supports both video and screen sharing. No additional plugins or downloads required, it's built right into PheedLoop and leverages the PheedLoop Meet video conferencing platform.
How does the premium feature of gamification work?
In PheedLoop's virtual event gamification system, attendees win points by entering codes we will sprinkle around our event experience. Premium booth listings include the option to add a code inside your booth, or you can require the attendees chat with one of your representatives in order to receive the code. Our attendees love winning prizes, so gamification will be a big hit!
