This is where you will submit your contract, order your desired items and manage invoices and other logistics.
Submitting Your Contract to be a Sponsor / Industry Partner
Step #1 - Select a Package
We have a variety of packages available to participate with World Council.- Sponsor Packages (Elite, Gold or Silver).
- Exhibit Only (If you only wish to exhibit at the World Credit Union Conference).
- Sponsor Only (You want to sponsor one of our a-la-carte opportunities)
- Virtual Sponsorships (You want to engage with us year-round through networking and advertising).
You will receive a notification that the item has been added to your cart.
Step #2 - Select a Booth
If you plan to do a Sponsor Package, Exhibit only, you will need to first select your desired booth from the floorplan.If you are opting for a Sponsorship you may skip this step by selecting the Next button at the top bar.
Step #3 - Select Sponsor Items
On the Sponsorships page you can add any of your desired sponsorship items to your cart.By clicking on the image you can add it to your cart or view the full description.
Step #4 - Contact Information
Once all your desired items are in your cart you will be asked for company information to register in our system.The contact information you provide below will be the main show contact and will receive all communications related to the event/sponsorship.
Step #5 - Check Out
You will then review your order and be able to checkout / confirm your sponsorship.You may pay via credit card and receive a receipt or wish to pay via check or wire and an automatic invoice will be sent to you.
