July 10, 2025 – Welcome to Copenhagen

  • Arrive in Copenhagen and make your own way to Hotel Scandic Kødbyen. If you wish to pre-book a taxi from Copenhagen Airport (CPH) to the hotel we recommend you to prebook with Dantaxi.
  • 3:00pm: Check-in starts at Hotel Scandic Kødbyen. Enjoy some free time to relax and explore the vibrant surroundings of the Kødbyen district, known for its lively atmosphere and trendy eateries.
  • 7:00pm: Meet your group hostess in the hotel lobby for a short coach transfer to dinner.
  • 7:15pm: Welcome Dinner at The Boathouse restaurant, where you’ll enjoy a delightful dining experience by the water, with a menu that blends local flavors and international flair.
  • An exquisite 3-course dinner has been pre-ordered for you. The meal includes one glass of wine or one beer, as well as water and filter coffee.
  • 9:40pm: Your group hostess will accompany you on the coach transfer back to the hotel.


July 11, 2025 – Canals and Culinary Treasures

  • Breakfast included at the hotel
  • 9:30am: Meet your group hostess in the hotel lobby for a leisurely walk to Hey Captain Boats.
  • 10:00am: Embark on the Hey Captain Boat Tour, a unique opportunity to explore Copenhagen’s iconic canals while learning about the city's rich history and beautiful architecture.
  • 12:15am: Delicious pizza lunch at Green Island, a picturesque location offering a tranquil atmosphere and stunning views, perfect for relaxation. The meal includes one glass of wine or one beer, as well as water and filter coffee.
  • 2:00pm: Your group hostess will walk with you back to the hotel or you can choose to remain in the city, if you wish. Free time in the afternoon to explore Copenhagen at your own pace. Take the opportunity to discover the charming streets, vibrant neighborhoods, and perhaps visit a museum or two.
  • 8:00pm: Meet your group hostess in the hotel lobby for a short coach transfer to dinner at Winning and Dining, a charming and memorable culinary venue known for its exquisite dishes and cozy ambiance. An exquisite 3-course dinner has been pre-ordered for you. The meal includes one glass of wine or one beer, as well as water and filter coffee.
  • 10:15pm: Your group hostess will accompany you on the coach transfer back to the hotel.

July 12, 2025 – Royal Copenhagen Adventures

  • Breakfast included at the hotel
  • 9:30am:  Enjoy a guided tour of Copenhagen's city highlights, including a visit to the impressive Christiansborg Palace, the seat of the Danish Parliament. Transportation will be provided by private coach with an English-speaking guide.
  • 12:30pm: Lunch at Aamanns Replik, where you’ll indulge in traditional Danish smørrebrød—open-faced sandwiches with a variety of fresh toppings. 2 pieces of smørrebrød and dessert are included. Beverages will be available for you to order and pay for on-site. The meal includes one glass of wine or one beer, as well as water and filter coffee.
  • 3:15pm: Coach transfer back to hotel
  • 7:00pm: Meet your group hostess in the hotel lobby for a short coach transfer to Kanalen restaurant, a Michelin-recommended venue offering exceptional cuisine and an unforgettable dining experience by the water. An exquisite 3-course dinner has been pre-ordered for you. Beverages will be available for you to order and pay for on the spot. The meal includes one glass of wine or one beer, as well as water and filter coffee.
  • 9:45pm: Your group hostess will accompany you on the coach transfer back to the hotel.
