July 17, 2025 – Welcome to Oslo

  • Please check-in at Scandic Oslo City Hotel (Europarådets plass 1, Oslo) starting at 4:00pm (check-in time).
  • If you wish to pre-book a taxi from Oslo Airport to the hotel we recommend you to book a Fixed Price trip with Oslo Taxi: Booking
  • If you’re arriving by train from Stockholm, the hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the train station.
  • 5:00pm: Meet your expert guide and embark on a walking tour of Oslo’s vibrant streets, immersing yourself in its rich history and iconic landmarks. Wander toward the Royal Palace, passing the stately Parliament and the historic National Theatre.  Enjoy a brief visit to the imposing Akershus Fortress and Castle, offering panoramic views of the city, before heading to the striking Opera House and the modern Deichman Library, a cultural marvel in the heart of Oslo. The tour will finish at restaurant Havsmak.
  • 7:00pm: Indulge in a gourmet welcome dinner at Havsmak, where Norwegian culinary traditions meet contemporary innovation for an unforgettable dining experience.
  • An exquisite 3-course dinner has been pre-ordered for you. Beverages will be available for you to order and pay for on-site.
  • After dinner: Your group hostess will accompany you on a short walk back to the hotel.

July 18, 2025 – Fjord Serenity and Culinary Delights

  • Breakfast included at the hotel
  • 9:30am: Meet your group hostess in the hotel lobby for a 10-minute walk to the pier.
  • 10:00am: Begin your day with a serene electric boat cruise on the Oslo Fjord. Glide through tranquil waters, surrounded by stunning natural beauty.
  • 11:30am: Embark on a walking tour along the Akerselva River, exploring the vibrant Vulkan district. Immerse yourself in the local food scene at the bustling Mathallen Food Hall, where you will have the possibility to sample a variety of traditional Norwegian delicacies. Water is included, additional drinks may be purchased on-site.
  • 3:30pm: Enjoy a relaxed afternoon at leisure before heading to dinner.
  • 7:00pm: Meet your group hostess in the hotel lobby for a 5-minute walk to Restaurant Norda. Indulge in an exquisite 3-course dinner, where Scandinavian flavors are elevated with international flair. Beverages will be available for you to order and pay for on the spot.
  • After dinner: Your group hostess will accompany you on a short walk back to the hotel.

July 19, 2025 – Choose Your Adventure

  • Breakfast included at the hotel
  • 10:00am: Meet your guide in the hotel lobby for a private bus tour to the iconic Bygdøy Peninsula, a cultural hub nestled amidst stunning natural beauty. Accompanied by your knowledgeable local guide, you’ll explore the fascinating Polar Ship Fram and the Norsk Folkemuseum, an open-air museum showcasing over 160 historic buildings, including the magnificent 12th-century Gol Stave Church.
  • A delightful 2 course lunch will be served at a charming café nestled within Vigeland Park. Beverages will be available for you to order and pay for on the spot. After lunch, immerse yourself in the world-famous sculpture park. Admire the numerous iconic naked statues, a testament to the artist's unique vision. Return to the hotel at 4:00pm.
  • 7:00pm: Meet your group hostess in the hotel lobby for a short coach transfer to Restaurant Bønder i Byen, where you’ll enjoy a rustic yet refined dinner celebrating farm-to-table Norwegian cuisine. An exquisite 3-course dinner has been pre-ordered for you. Beverages will be available for you to order and pay for on the spot.
  • After dinner: Your group hostess will accompany you on the coach transfer back to the hotel.
